Open role
EMI/C Systems Engineer - Level 3 or 4
This position focuses on ensuring electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) compliance for space systems by overseeing the complete qualification and testing process. The engineer will develop interference mitigation strategies, design test apparatus, analyze complex EMI/EMC data, and troubleshoot issues at multiple system levels. The role bridges design and testing functions within an aerospace environment, requiring both hands-on technical expertise and systems-level thinking. This position suits engineers with strong backgrounds in electromagnetics, RF testing, and defense/aerospace standards who can independently drive compliance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The work involves occasional travel for on-site testing and design reviews, with potential off-shift hours during critical validation phases.
