Security Verification/Validation Engineer Intern, BS - Summer 2027

The role is part of Marvell’s Product Security function, which partners with business units to improve security testing and identify weaknesses earlier in product development. The intern will evaluate commercial security verification tools, explore practical uses of AI, and assist with security testing during the RTL design stage. They will also study product architecture and existing validation methods to recommend improvements to security coverage. This opportunity suits a computer science or electrical engineering bachelor’s student who enjoys hardware verification, debugging, scripting, and security problem solving. Strong Verilog or SystemVerilog skills, Unix scripting experience, communication abilities, and familiarity with AI prompting are important for success.
