Specialist I, Facility Management

This position supports the Phoenix facility by monitoring gas systems, changing cylinders, assisting with installations and commissioning, and maintaining reliable infrastructure for semiconductor operations. The specialist investigates complex facility and equipment problems, helps with capital improvement projects, and keeps procedures and technical records current. The role works closely with manufacturing, facilities, and other cross-functional teams while following strict safety and environmental standards. It also includes general facilities support and after-hours coverage through a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule. It suits an experienced technical or facilities professional who is comfortable with specialty gases, semiconductor environments, independent problem-solving, and fast-paced operational demands.
