Program Manager Quality Assurance

This position belongs to the Quality Assurance function at the Mesa, Arizona facility and works with local and international sites to create consistent quality practices. The manager will lead programs from planning through implementation, coordinating subject matter experts, process owners, and steering committees across the organization. Responsibilities include building project plans, establishing reporting and governance, communicating risks, and challenging gaps in existing processes. After system alignment, the role will partner with the Quality Director to develop and execute a U.S. quality roadmap connected to broader company objectives. It would suit an experienced quality and program leader who understands semiconductor or chemical manufacturing and can influence stakeholders across multiple locations.
