Manufacturing Specialist

This position contributes to TSMC Arizona’s semiconductor manufacturing operation in an inline or offline capacity. Inline specialists monitor automated equipment and production events, coordinate recovery actions, handle materials, and support process documentation and team training. Offline specialists focus more on cleanroom operations, inventory and transfer coordination, system updates, facility setup, auditing, and administrative support. The role suits dependable, detail-oriented candidates who communicate well, are comfortable using computers, learn quickly, and can work within highly structured procedures. It is an onsite position in Phoenix that may involve cleanroom work, extended standing or computer use, and either rotating 12-hour shifts or a weekday schedule depending on assignment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GEDLegal eligibility to work in the United StatesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointTyping speed of at least 35 words per minuteAbility to work onsite in Phoenix and in a cleanroom environmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, push carts, and lift approximately 20 pounds
