Sequence Integrator

This position sits within ASML’s Customer Support organization and supports the EUV Operations Planning and Preparation team. The integrator brings together maintenance, upgrade, and other service activities into practical daily and longer-range work plans while accounting for system configuration, safety requirements, and operational constraints. They coordinate preparation deliverables, review risks and procedures, track planning updates, and help ensure sequences are ready for first-line teams. After execution, they capture lessons learned, update best practices, and communicate improvement opportunities to local and central teams. The role suits a technically experienced professional who enjoys structured planning, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and working in a demanding cleanroom or semiconductor environment.
