Principal Specialist - EHS Generalist

This role is part of Raytheon’s larger Environment, Health & Safety organization and serves as a technical safety resource for site operations. The specialist partners with facilities, engineering, production, contractors, and management to apply regulatory requirements and maintain effective EHS programs. Responsibilities include hazard assessments, incident root-cause analysis, corrective actions, inspections, training, management-of-change reviews, and support for audit readiness. The position may also assist with environmental, industrial hygiene, chemical review, medical, and facility-related activities. It suits an experienced safety professional who can communicate effectively across diverse teams, influence practical improvements, and work independently in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.
