Senior Process Engineer - H1

This engineer will lead process development and manufacturing optimization for nonlinear photonic integrated circuits within the PIC Engineering group. The work spans etching, deposition, lithography, metrology, process integration, yield improvement, and investigation of fabrication defects or performance issues. The position partners with process, PIC design, RF design, characterization, and manufacturing stakeholders while supporting customer projects from design through testing. It suits an experienced photonics or semiconductor process engineer who is comfortable working hands-on in a cleanroom and using sophisticated measurement systems. Candidates should bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, relevant advanced technical education, and eligibility for a US DoD security clearance.
