Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager directs maintenance activities across production, warehouse, and facility operations, ensuring critical utility and process-support systems remain safe, reliable, and compliant. This position supervises maintenance personnel and coordinates planners, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other departments to schedule work and support site priorities. Responsibilities include managing the CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, spare-parts inventory, budgets, KPIs, permits, change controls, and selected capital or expense projects. The manager also supports environmental, health, safety, quality, housekeeping, and continuous-improvement initiatives in a regulated chemical manufacturing environment. This opportunity suits an experienced maintenance leader with strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and team-development skills, particularly someone familiar with chemical processing and PSM/RMP facilities.
