Principal COMSEC Manager - Tucson, AZ

This position leads day-to-day COMSEC accountability and operational activities for multiple classified mission areas at RTX. Responsibilities include managing encrypted communications equipment, safeguarding and accounting for key material, maintaining fill devices, completing inventories and reports, and handling compliance incidents. The manager will coordinate with government customers, program teams, and internal partners while training users and COMSEC personnel on required procedures. The role suits a detail-oriented security professional who can manage sensitive assets, troubleshoot equipment, and work effectively across complex classified environments. Applicants must already hold an active TS/SCI clearance and meet the stated COMSEC experience requirements.
