Manager Structural Engineering

This manager directs the Civil/Structural department and coordinates engineering activities supporting the design and construction of advanced manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include assigning personnel, forecasting resources, monitoring project performance, supporting proposals, and communicating risks or staffing needs to senior leadership. The position also manages and develops engineers through hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and training while maintaining department standards and processes.
