Senior Research Chemist

This position supports applied research and product development for chemical solutions used in advanced integrated-circuit manufacturing. The chemist will create and evaluate formulations, conduct wet-bench experiments with customer wafers, support pilot production, and prepare technical data for internal and external audiences. They will also serve as the primary technical owner for a broad range of thin-film and surface-analysis instruments, including SEM, STEM, XPS, ellipsometry, XRR, and four-point probe systems. Work involves collaboration with product development, manufacturing, customers, and intellectual-property teams while managing priorities under demanding timelines. The opportunity suits a chemistry PhD with early formulation experience, semiconductor wet-processing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work safely and collaboratively with hazardous chemicals.
