Manufacturing and AMHS Managers

This position oversees a manufacturing or AMHS function supporting new technology introductions, production-line launches, maintenance, quality, productivity, and day-to-day fab performance. Manufacturing leaders focus on wafer production across multiple modules, scheduling effectiveness, cycle-time reduction, and operational control, while AMHS leaders emphasize material-flow systems, optimization, and equipment performance. The managers work closely with engineering, process integration, yield, and other technical groups to meet production and customer objectives. The role suits experienced semiconductor professionals with people-management experience, strong equipment or automation knowledge, and an ownership-oriented leadership style. It is an on-site Phoenix position that includes occasional training in Taiwan and requires weekend and off-hours availability.
