HR Mobility Generalist

The HR Mobility Generalist will oversee relocation services from initial planning through employee arrival and ongoing assignment support. As part of the HR Operations shared services function, this position partners with employees, families, internal teams, relocation providers, and government agencies. Responsibilities include maintaining competitive and compliant mobility policies, explaining benefits and procedures, coordinating housing and transportation, and managing service providers and related contracts. The role suits an organized HR or business professional who can manage complex projects, communicate effectively, negotiate with vendors, and support employees through major transitions. The position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, with minimal travel and a preference for Mandarin in addition to fluent English.
