This internship places graduate students on silicon hardware projects spanning architecture, circuit and logic design, physical design, validation, and failure analysis. Interns may design, test, model, or debug hardware and use programming, automation, and data analysis to address engineering problems. The work involves collaboration across silicon development, product engineering, and manufacturing functions. It suits master's or PhD students in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or related STEM disciplines who have relevant technical project, research, or coursework experience. The position is intended for Spring or Summer 2027 internship starts, with possible consideration for longer co-op arrangements, and requires on-site work at an eligible U.S. location.
