Process Technician

This technician works within a specialized semiconductor manufacturing module such as lithography, etch, deposition, diffusion, polishing, metrology, or yield. They oversee automated production activities, perform system and tool checks, analyze operational data, and follow procedures to address abnormalities and protect wafer quality. The position requires close teamwork with engineers and other technicians to restore performance, identify root causes, and improve manufacturing processes. It also offers structured training and potential advancement into shift coordination, mentoring, and broader improvement initiatives. This opportunity suits detail-oriented, dependable people with strong computer and problem-solving skills who are comfortable working onsite, entering a cleanroom when needed, and rotating between day and night schedules.
