Facilities Contract Coordinator

This position supports the Facilities function by coordinating contractors that provide front-of-house, custodial, landscaping, and other building services. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, defining service scopes, monitoring contract performance, conducting inspections and audits, processing purchase orders and invoices, and tracking expenditures. The coordinator also helps schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, supports off-shift needs, promotes safety and code compliance, and identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce costs. The role works closely with Facilities supervisors, front-of-house leadership, Procurement, factory customers, executives, government representatives, and external vendors. It suits a proactive, detail-oriented facilities professional with strong communication skills, vendor-management experience, and familiarity with building systems and MEP operations. The position is based onsite in Phoenix and may require travel to Taiwan for training.
