Open role
Technical Staff Engineer – Analog Design (Networking)
This position leads analog and mixed-signal IC development from early architecture through production-quality silicon for high-speed networking and connectivity applications. The engineer will define SERDES architectures, create block specifications, design a broad range of analog circuits, and verify performance across operating conditions and process variation. The work includes schematic development in Cadence, behavioral modeling, parasitic-aware collaboration with layout, design reviews, and planning for laboratory and ATE validation. Success requires close coordination with globally distributed engineering, applications, product, test, systems, CAD, and marketing teams. It is well suited to an experienced analog design expert who has architected high-speed interfaces, can manage complex projects independently, and enjoys technically deep cross-functional work.
