Missile Tracking Systems Engineer (Space Force) (Sign-On Bonus Available)

This position joins GDMS’s cross-functional SDA Ground, Management and Integration team, which builds and operates ground systems supporting space-based missile detection. The work includes translating mission needs into architectures, interfaces, behaviors, and operational capabilities across ground entry points, operations centers, testing environments, and supporting infrastructure. The engineer will develop and refine algorithms for satellite and payload scheduling, analyze and fuse incoming tracking data, and investigate AI-based improvements. Experience with missile tracking, sensor fusion, cloud deployment, image processing, or complex algorithmic systems would be valuable. It is well suited to an experienced systems engineer who holds a Top Secret clearance, is comfortable with classified defense work, and wants to support national security missions.
