This internship places graduate students on software projects connected to Intel’s hardware, systems, platforms, and semiconductor technologies. The work may involve areas such as AI frameworks, cloud software, firmware, GPU software, middleware, system software, or software validation. Interns are expected to contribute to development activities while learning from experienced engineers and participating in design reviews, scripting, automation, testing, and debugging. The opportunity suits master’s or PhD students in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, data science, mathematics, or related STEM disciplines who have relevant technical project, research, coursework, or internship experience. Candidates should be collaborative problem-solvers interested in building practical software and expanding their technical depth. The internship is intended for Spring or Summer 2027 starts, with possible consideration for longer internships or co-ops.
