(Senior) Director, Process Engineering

This position oversees the day-to-day operations of process engineering teams focused on ALD semiconductor equipment development at ASM. The role spans multiple dimensions including technical direction of the product roadmap, team recruitment and development, cross-functional collaboration with hardware and software engineering, customer relationship management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful leader will drive products from concept through market introduction while managing budgets and timelines, reporting to the Key Product Unit head. This role suits experienced semiconductor equipment engineering leaders with proven success building and scaling teams, deep technical expertise in deposition processes, and the ability to influence stakeholders across global, multicultural organizations to execute strategic business objectives.
