Spares Demand Planner

This position sits within KLA Services and oversees spares planning from new product introduction through end of life. It develops demand and inventory strategies, evaluates system recommendations, monitors service and inventory performance, and investigates gaps or excess stock. The planner works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Product Support, and regional teams on design changes, product structures, supply constraints, and customer-impacting issues. The role also leads improvement projects, supports ramp readiness, and communicates risks and recommendations to leadership. It would suit an experienced, data-oriented supply chain professional who can work independently, influence global stakeholders, and turn complex information into practical decisions.
