CSA Cost and Control Engineer
This engineer will help plan and control construction projects for TSMC Arizona’s semiconductor fabrication facilities, with responsibility for cost forecasting, budget tracking, bidding, scheduling, and project documentation. The position works across civil engineering, structural engineering, and architecture functions while coordinating internal stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors. Typical work includes preparing estimates and benchmarks, assessing risks, analyzing design changes, and producing progress and financial reports. It is suited to someone with an engineering, finance, or construction management background who enjoys working with data and solving problems in a fast-moving environment. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Phoenix, using advanced Excel and estimating or project-management tools, and participating in scheduled weekend duty when required.
