Hookup Senior Safety Engineer

This engineer will manage safety activities across the F21 FAB project, including inspections, audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action planning. The position partners with engineering, operations, contractors, and subcontractors to incorporate safety into facility design, equipment hookups, workflows, and installation work. It also involves tracking safety performance, delivering training, improving safety systems, and ensuring alignment with OSHA and semiconductor-industry requirements. The role suits an experienced construction or semiconductor safety professional who can influence diverse teams, analyze complex hazards, and work proactively in cleanroom and industrial environments. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Phoenix, meeting physical demands, and traveling internationally when business needs require.
