Hookup Engineer

This entry-level position contributes to the installation and commissioning support of facility systems for TSMC Arizona’s semiconductor fabrication projects. The engineer will prepare procedures, guide contractors, perform field inspections, document incidents, and recommend improvements to construction processes. Collaboration spans project managers, schedulers, CAD specialists, tool owners, and construction partners across complex fab expansion efforts. The role suits an engineering graduate with familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office who communicates well and enjoys practical problem-solving. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Phoenix, adapting to changing project needs, and participating in rotating night shifts, weekend coverage, or compressed work schedules.

Requirements
