Engineering Business Analyst

This position partners with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leadership to prepare recurring EVM inputs, reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. The analyst develops quarterly Estimates at Complete and monthly Latest Revised Estimates, evaluates actual costs against budgets and schedules, and supports Budget Change Requests. Work involves tools such as SAP, APEX, Integrated Master Schedule systems, and PMX reporting, along with regular communication of findings and recommended actions. The role is part of Raytheon’s engineering and program finance functions in Tucson and requires onsite work. It suits an analytical, self-directed professional who can collaborate across teams, manage process responsibilities, and communicate clearly in a program environment.
