Senior Systems Engineer – Anti-Tamper / Program Protection (On-site Tucson, AZ) – P3
This engineer will join Raytheon’s Systems Security Engineering team and help protect DoD products and warfighter capabilities from tampering, cyber threats, and technology compromise. The work includes defining security requirements, designing system architectures, assessing threats and critical program information, and guiding implementation across subsystems. The role also involves planning, estimating, risk management, export-control compliance, and advising program leadership on security decisions. It suits an experienced systems or security engineer with embedded defense-system experience, strong technical communication skills, and the ability to work with customers and multidisciplinary teams. The position is fully onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance before starting.
