Senior DPME for Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions

This position provides senior engineering project leadership for programs involving secure communications, cryptographic technologies, and cross-domain solutions. The successful candidate will organize engineering resources, align cross-functional contributors, oversee requirements validation and system verification, and keep technical work on schedule and within planned scope and cost. Responsibilities also include managing risks, changes, technical issues, project metrics, reviews, corrective actions, and lessons learned. The role suits an experienced engineering or technical project leader who can resolve conflicts, communicate with varied stakeholders, apply project controls such as earned value, and guide teams through complex development environments. A bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience or a master's degree with fewer years of experience is required, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
