Missile Tracking Systems Engineer (Space Force) (Sign-On Bonus Available)

This engineer will join GDMS’s cross-functional SDA Ground, Management and Integration team to develop and sustain the ground infrastructure supporting Space Force missile-tracking missions. The work includes translating mission needs into architectures, interfaces, requirements, system behaviors, and operational capabilities. The engineer will help schedule satellite resources, assess tracking opportunities, process and fuse sensor data, and rapidly deliver useful information to operational users. The position also encourages applying algorithms, AI, cloud technologies, and image-processing techniques to improve system performance. It suits an experienced systems engineer with strong analytical and algorithm-development skills who can work on classified national-security programs and collaborate across engineering, integration, test, and site-support functions.
