The Principal Specialist, Material Program Manager serves as the connection between Global Supply Chain Management and program leadership for production contracts in the Naval Power mission area. The position develops material strategies and forecasts, tracks supply-chain performance, evaluates supplier readiness, and supports proposals, estimates, and production planning. It also drives resolution of delivery, capacity, cost, and supplier-performance issues while coordinating with engineering, quality, operations, and other stakeholders. The role suits an experienced supply-chain or program-management professional who can independently manage competing priorities, influence decisions, and escalate risks appropriately. U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required, and the position follows a hybrid work arrangement in Tucson, Arizona.
