LKS Technical Instructor (BBP)

This position sits within KLA Services and supports the development of technical capability across field service, installation, technical support, and customer teams. The instructor builds courses, videos, certification programs, and training plans while validating service procedures and engineering documentation for accuracy. They also work directly with equipment through installation, manufacturing, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities to maintain strong product knowledge. The role involves coordinating subject-matter experts and stakeholders, tracking project progress, and improving documentation when issues or changes are identified. It suits an experienced semiconductor equipment engineer or technical trainer who communicates well with international audiences and can support occasional afternoon or evening sessions and 15–20% travel.
