Program Execution Application & Tools Lead (EVMS Focus)

This position sits within the Program Execution Center of Excellence, supporting the tools and processes used to monitor cost, schedule, risk, and program performance. The lead will manage day-to-day application operations while guiding upgrades, integrations, workflow improvements, and digital modernization across EVMS and related PPM systems. They will collaborate with IT, finance, scheduling, engineering, program leadership, and vendors to introduce automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities such as anomaly detection and intelligent support workflows. The role also includes analyzing system and ticket data, documenting repeatable practices, communicating changes, and mentoring tools staff. It suits an experienced technical systems or program execution professional with EVMS knowledge, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to connect technology initiatives to business outcomes.
