Digital Integration & Automation Senior Engineer (Technical PM)

This position helps deploy and improve automated manufacturing technologies that support highly reliable, continuous fab operations. The engineer will assess process problems, define technical solutions, prepare vendor specifications, integrate software and robotics, and develop automated data workflows and visualizations. Working across manufacturing, facilities, IT, cybersecurity, EHS, suppliers, and vendors, the role also ensures new systems meet security, safety, and change-control requirements. It includes creating practical guidance so site teams can adopt new tools effectively and resolving reliability or quality issues. The opportunity suits an experienced automation or software engineer who can manage technical projects, communicate with both operators and leadership, and work independently in a fast-moving semiconductor environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field3+ years of software or automation engineering experience2+ years in systems integration, engineering project management, or automation deployment in high-tech manufacturingExperience integrating automated systems, robotics, workflows, or data pipelinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust work on-site in Phoenix and be available for occasional travel or Taiwan training
