Senior Engineer I-Test

This engineer will join the Timing and Communication Product Group and help bring SyncE/1588 timing devices, clock distribution products, and frequency synthesizers from specification through high-volume production. Responsibilities include creating ATE test programs, designing high-speed low-noise test boards, evaluating product performance, and establishing manufacturing limits from characterization data. The position also partners with design, applications, marketing, reliability, manufacturing, customers, and subcontractors to launch products and resolve production or returned-device issues. It is well suited to an experienced semiconductor test professional who can work independently while collaborating across disciplines and locations. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication abilities, practical ATE experience, and a solid foundation in semiconductor circuits and statistics.
