Security Industry Specialist

This position operates within TSMC Arizona’s security function, supporting a broad and evolving security program across a 1,200-acre fabrication and construction campus. The specialist monitors control-center systems, manages site access, responds to alarms and emergencies, maintains records and equipment, and helps enforce security procedures. The role also involves directing security staff, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders, and participating in inspections and investigations. It is suited to candidates with industrial, security operations center, military, law enforcement, or substantial security experience who communicate clearly and remain effective in changing conditions. The work is onsite in Phoenix and requires physical activity throughout scheduled shifts.
