The role reports to the Global Lead of External Communications and Events and requires close collaboration with marketing, communications, and senior leadership teams across different cultures and time zones. The position demands comfort working at executive levels while staying grounded in operational excellence and continuous process improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field4-6 years of experience managing large-scale corporate events, conferences, or global meetingsDemonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneouslyExperience planning and executing international events with 50-300+ attendeesProven ability to manage event budgets and negotiate with vendorsWillingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
