Assembly Solder Technician III, 1st Shift (Onsite)
The technician supports aerospace production by performing precision electronic assembly, component replacement, soldering, testing, and repair activities. They work with technical manuals, engineering drawings, assembly equipment, chemicals, adhesives, and computer-based documentation while coordinating progress with teammates and support personnel. The role is part of an onsite manufacturing and maintenance function that values careful workmanship, safety awareness, and dependable production support. It is well suited to someone with a high school or technical education background, at least two years of related experience, and an interest in aerospace electronics. Candidates should be comfortable with extended standing, fine hand work, lifting up to 25 pounds, and following strict static-control and safety procedures.
