Head of Change Management

The Head of Change Management will define ASM’s enterprise approach to change, including governance, standards, impact assessment, readiness, communications, learning, and adoption measurement. Working across business functions, People, Communications, process and data ownership teams, and senior leadership, this person will build alignment and ensure transformation initiatives deliver sustained value. The role also owns AI literacy and digital learning efforts, helping employees develop practical and responsible skills for new technologies and ways of working. In addition, the leader will assess capability gaps within the Global Digital Transformation organization and create role-based development programs for future needs. This position suits an experienced transformation professional who can influence senior stakeholders, build networks without relying on authority, and connect organizational change to operational outcomes.
