This position sits within RTX’s Earned Value Management Systems team and serves as a senior resource for strengthening program cost-control practices. The manager partners with program managers, business managers, control account managers, finance, internal EVM specialists, and government customers to support compliant execution and improve organizational maturity. Responsibilities include reviewing contract requirements, preparing teams for integrated baseline reviews and surveillance events, assessing EVM documentation, and delivering training and communications. The role also helps develop consistent processes and provides practical recommendations when program implementation needs correction. It suits an experienced EVM or program-controls professional who can analyze complex data, communicate with diverse stakeholders, mentor others, and influence decisions across the enterprise. The position is hybrid in Tucson, Arizona, requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance, and may involve travel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and 5 yearsExperience with EVMS, program controls, and cost/schedule integrationKnowledge of EVM compliance, materiality, reporting, and implementation practicesExperience with IMS, IPMR/IPMDAR, and related EVM documentationStrong communication, training, analytical, and influencing skillsU.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance required
