Manufacturing Finance - Senior Finance Manager - M5 - (Onsite)

This position leads the manufacturing finance function supporting Raytheon’s Effectors factories in Tucson, including a team responsible for recurring KPI and performance deliverables. The manager analyzes operational, program, and financial data, identifies trends and risks, and converts findings into recommendations and executive-level reporting. The role also supports cost commitments, change initiatives, analytical capability building, and stronger ownership of business results across cross-functional teams. Success requires building trust with stakeholders, communicating financial insights to non-finance audiences, and managing priorities in a fast-moving, geographically distributed environment.
