Sr. Principal Systems Engineer - Technical Lead

This engineer will own system-level technical direction from early requirements and architecture through integration, testing, validation, and sustainment. They will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams while controlling interfaces, configurations, traceability, risks, and design decisions. The position also involves leading technical reviews, troubleshooting integrated hardware and software, improving reliability, and driving engineering process improvements. It suits an experienced aerospace or defense systems engineer who can work hands-on, communicate clearly, and independently lead complex technical work. The role is onsite in Mesa, includes approximately 10% travel, and requires U.S. citizenship with eligibility for Secret and related government clearances.
