Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering Software & Tooling Solutions Remote

This leader will oversee the strategy, deployment, optimization, and retirement of tools used for electrical design, simulation, and related engineering workflows. They will work across digital technology, engineering programs, asset management, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure reliable tool availability, cost control, and compliance in both standard and classified environments. The position also manages and develops a team of engineers and administrators while advancing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled improvements. It is suited to an experienced manager with a background in engineering software ecosystems, license servers, enterprise transformation, and aerospace or defense operations. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required, along with willingness to travel to Raytheon locations within the United States.
