Engineer, Total Product Support

The Total Product Support Engineer acts as the central technical authority overseeing new ALD product launches at ASM, working across hardware, electrical, controls, process, and software teams to develop comprehensive system knowledge. You'll drive the entire lifecycle from first prototype builds and lab testing through customer fab deployments, alpha/beta phases, and production qualification. The role combines hands-on technical problem-solving in development environments with customer-facing support during critical product installations worldwide.
