HR Business Partner (HRBP)

This HRBP serves as the operational HR contact for assigned manufacturing teams across multiple shifts and departments. The position manages employee relations cases from intake through investigation, documentation, corrective action, and resolution while applying policies consistently and within legal requirements. It also coaches managers on performance, attendance, disciplinary discussions, and improvement plans. The partner monitors recurring workplace concerns, supports engagement activities, and escalates systemic, leadership, or legally sensitive issues to the appropriate HR, compliance, accommodations, or legal teams. The role suits an experienced HR professional who is comfortable handling a substantial case volume in an industrial environment and communicating clearly with both employees and leaders.
