Manager General Manufacturing 1

This manager leads a diverse Operations team responsible for assembling and machining medium-caliber weapon systems. The position coordinates with engineering and program leadership to allocate resources, balance workloads, and meet production and performance goals. It also includes coaching employees, supporting career development, reinforcing accountability, and maintaining high standards for safety and quality. The role is suited to an experienced manufacturing supervisor or people leader who can solve operational problems, improve processes, and communicate effectively in a defense-production environment. The selected candidate must be available for the 3:00 P.M. to 1:30 A.M. Monday-through-Thursday shift, with occasional overtime or weekend work.
