Procurement Material Planner

This position develops procurement plans from production forecasts and helps secure reliable supply for TSMC Arizona’s high-volume semiconductor operations. It works with U.S. and international suppliers to balance quality, cost, delivery, compliance, and sustainability goals while addressing potential supply risks. The planner also uses procurement data and digital tools to improve efficiency and supports the ramp-up of new fabrication facilities. Close collaboration is required with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, finance, accounting, and legal teams. This role suits an analytical, detail-oriented supply chain professional who can negotiate effectively, solve problems proactively, and influence stakeholders. The position is based on-site in Phoenix and follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldStrong negotiation and supplier management skills with focus on quality, cost, and deliveryData analysis capabilities with ability to identify trends and provide actionable insightsKnowledge of U.S. supply chain regulations and vendor compliance practicesExcellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration abilitiesProblem-solving expertise using data-driven analysis
