Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer

This engineer will join Raytheon’s Operations Quality Assurance function and work onsite alongside production and factory support teams. Responsibilities include leading improvement projects, analyzing performance data, conducting root-cause and corrective-action investigations, and measuring the business impact of completed initiatives. The role also involves facilitating cross-functional collaboration, documenting project outcomes, and coaching other quality engineers on improvement methods. It is well suited to an experienced quality, manufacturing, or operations engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving, stakeholder communication, and developing more efficient and reliable processes. Applicants must be U.S. citizens able to obtain the required interim and ATF clearances, with experience in regulated aerospace or defense environments being advantageous.
