The analyst independently manages major proposal efforts covering development, production, competitive bids, and contract changes. They build cost models, establish pricing targets, prepare estimating documentation, analyze actuals and risks, and use company pricing tools to support sound commercial decisions. The position works across engineering, finance, program management, and leadership teams and contributes to gate reviews, audits, customer negotiations, and Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance. It also involves improving estimating processes, creating analytical tools, and mentoring other estimators. This opportunity suits an experienced proposal or pricing professional who is highly analytical, organized, comfortable leading through influence, and able to work in a deadline-driven defense environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ yearsExperience with proposal development, cost modeling, pricing, or estimatingProficiency with Excel, including strong Excel and Power Query skillsKnowledge of FAR, DFARS, TINA, Part 15, and Cost Accounting StandardsAbility to use or learn ProPricer and related pricing softwareU.S. citizenship and willingness to work hybrid/on-site in Tucson
