Construction Safety Manager

This position manages the creation and enforcement of construction safety programs aligned with OSHA and other applicable regulations. It provides leadership to Safety Managers, coordinates subcontractor planning, reviews hazard analyses and safety documentation, and verifies that corrective actions and employee training are completed. The manager also conducts audits and field patrols, investigates incidents, and uses findings to improve prevention measures. The role is part of TSMC Arizona’s construction and safety function and requires consistent onsite collaboration with contractors and project stakeholders. It would suit an experienced construction safety professional who is comfortable leading teams, making practical decisions, and working in demanding industrial environments.
