Solutions Architect, Software Deployments (Conversions)

The role sits within Axon’s professional services and data solutions function, helping public safety organizations transition data from cloud or on-premise legacy applications. Responsibilities span discovery, schema analysis, mapping, transformation, scripting, database environment management, ingestion monitoring, validation, and cutover planning. The successful candidate will act as a technical partner to agencies while coordinating with sales, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver reliable conversions. This is suited to an autonomous technical professional who can manage projects, communicate with varied audiences, and improve repeatable migration tools and methods. The position is hybrid in a listed Axon hub location and includes up to 30% travel.
